90-Day Warranty and 30-Day Guarantee Policy:


30-Day Guarantee:
  • Return Policy: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original form, free of scratches and damages, and in the original packaging. Stickers can be kept as a gift. Products not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Webstore Exclusive: This 30-Day Guarantee is exclusively available for purchases made through our official webstore. Purchases from Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop are not eligible for this offer.
  • Hassle-Free Returns: After our quality control team receives the returned item and confirms its original condition, a full refund will be issued.

90-Day Limited Warranty:
  • Automatically Included: Each product comes with a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects or malfunctions arising from the production process. This includes issues related to materials, workmanship, or manufacturing errors. Damages resulting from normal wear-and-tear or inappropriate use are not covered under this warranty.
 Lifetime Warranty Option: Customers have the option to purchase a lifetime warranty for ₱250.
  • Purchase Conditions:
  • The lifetime warranty must be purchased alongside the product.
  • Each warranty can be applied to only one product on the same order.
  • If a customer orders multiple products and selects only one lifetime warranty, it can be applied to only one of the products in the order.
Initiating a Warranty Claim:
  • To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact our customer support team.
  • For the 90-Day limited warranty, customers do not need to purchase anything additional; it is automatically included with the product.
  • For the lifetime warranty, customers must provide the order number and details of the product for which the lifetime warranty was purchased.
Warranty Coverage:
  • The lifetime warranty covers the same conditions as the 90-Day limited warranty but extends for the lifetime of the product.
Claim Process:
  • A quality check will be conducted upon receipt of the returned product. This process may take up to 3-5 business days.
  • Following a successful quality check confirming the product meets warranty conditions, our team will proceed with one of the following resolutions based on availability:
    • If possible, a replacement will be provided.
    • If a replacement is not available, we will proceed with a repair.
    • If neither replacement nor repair is feasible, a refund will be processed.
    • Non-Transferable: The 30-day guarantee, 90-day limited warranty and the lifetime warranty are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Items purchased on sale, as part of a special promotion, or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Fraudulent Activities:
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent activities, including but not limited to multiple warranty claims, intentional damage to products, or exploitation of the warranty policies.
Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
Changes to Terms:
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
